Description	bigyihsuan fork of Renewed Village Growth, by F1rrel. This fork implements some outstanding merge requests that (at time of release) have not been added to RVG. Check changelog.txt for more details. Towns require various cargo deliveries to grow. Required cargos can be randomized. Town growth is limited by percentage of transported specific cargos. Supporting most Industry NewGRF sets.
