Add "Hard Mode" for U&RaTT, where the speed limits of asphalt roads are furtherly reduced. Add Simplified Chinese translation. Add a JGRPP feature to prevent towns modifying highways. Many thanks to Ufiby for the original roadset. Under GPL v3. |
