Western empire added, including Poland, Baltic, Finland. NewGRFs updated, xUSSR train set added (optional - can stick with NARS). Updated to FIRS 4.4.0 Steeltown, with realistic industry and resource distribution designed around a Moscow Assembly Plant to a Vladivostok Vehicle Distributor.
