Map of Upper Austria, mainly the three-cities-region Linz, Steyr and Wels. Despite being called "cities", only Linz is a city in the TTD sense.
The alpine region and sparse development apart from the center city of Linz should be a fun challenge. Keep in mind though that this is my first scenario, so I don't really know how to balance things very well. Just think of the rough edges as additional challenges :P
Includes all 20 midsized towns. Industries are loosely based on similar real-world locations.
